Lapis Facial Oil contains Blue Tansy, a component called Azulene which is known to soothe dry or irritated skin, reduce the appearance of redness and leave the skin feeling more balanced.

Target concerns:

  • Blemish-prone skin

  • Oily skin

  • Combination skin

Facial Oil for Oily Skin? Often times when we over-wash our skin and do not moisturize thoroughly, it can overcompensate by producing more sebum leading to oilier skin and even clogged pores. Our facial oils are made with truly natural plant oils that will help lock-in hydration without clogging pores so that the skin can stop overcompensating and find the balance it needs. In short, yes, oily skin needs moisture too and can get dehydrated, leading to dry patches and skin that looks and feels out of balance.

Concentrated Moisture. Oils are concentrated, and effective moisturizers. Our oils sink in deeply and quickly to moisturize and nourish with antioxidants and Vitamin E, emollients and fatty acids which work to nourish skin and give it a radiant glow.

How to use

  • Apply 4 to 6 drops to cleansed and toned skin, morning and night, avoiding the eye area.

  • Massage in and allow to absorb for 1-3 minutes before applying makeup.

Please note: Due to the natural color of Blue Tansy Oil, Lapis Oil may vary in color from deep blue to green. The color may also change from blue to green if exposed to light over a period of time. This does not indicate that the product is not as safe or effective to use as one that is blue in color.
